New Moon is seriously the best breakfast spot in Nederland! They serve up CBD coffee with a medium roast grown in Nederland and a dark roast from Boulder.

They also have an amazing selection of sandwiches and other breakfast delights, including a Southwest quiche!

This morning spot has a number of gluten-free pastry options + an epic cinnamon roll for those who want to indulge.

They also have a nice variety of CBD infused teas. Their unique & inspired blends are locally handcrafted and this is definitely an everyday-type of cafe!
