Hawaii’s food and drink scene is always changing, and this new spot popped up recently on Merchant and Alakea in Downtown Honolulu. Podmore is a great place to enjoy a night out with friends, or even just to relax and unwind after a long day. The bartenders are knowledgeable and passionate about their drinks, so you’re sure to find something you love. And the small plates are perfect for sharing (or not!). So if you’re looking for a new place to enjoy a cocktail in Downtown Honolulu, be sure to check out Podmore. You won’t be disappointed!

Watching the bartenders make specialty cocktails is always a fun experience. The cocktail preparations at Podmore incorporate a performance aspect, so it’s perfect for the ‘gram 😉 I also really enjoyed their ice cubes!

strawberry, orange, and lemon.

I went here after an event at CPB Tidepools. It was my first time attending an event there, so it was really fun to see how they have settled into the space and how it can be used to engage the community!

In the evenings, Podmore only serves snacks and so I did go eat dinner after this. I loved this cocktail experience at the bar and look forward to revisiting for brunch!
