Cabra is a Peruvian concept at The Hoxton on Broadway.
Cabra DTLA is located on the rooftop of The Hoxton, Downtown LA. This hotel restaurant and lounge is in the Fashion District/South Park area, and it offers stunning views of the cityscape. A lively spot, Cabra is perfect for a night out with friends or a date night, and there’s something for everyone on the menu. Whether you’re looking for cocktails, wine, beer, or food, Cabra DTLA has something for you at this unique rooftop bar, built around the pool.
DTLA is all about the rooftop vibe!!! This is a great example of that 🙂 Cabra Los Angeles is a vibrant rooftop dining and drinking spot inspired by the wonderful tastes of Peruvian Cuisine. Cabra, helmed by Chef Stephanie Izard and her longtime partners Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm of Boka Restaurant Group, provides crave-worthy cuisine in a colorful, active atmosphere.
Cabra is a restaurant that caters to large groups. Its cuisine has a strong flavor and bright taste, complemented by an equally vibrant cocktail and wine list. The menu features a variety of shareable plates with bold flavors and vivid tastes, as well as an equally colorful drink and wine list. I went here alone and ordered a few dishes, including their hamachi ceviche and swiss chard & kale empanadas.
I hope you enjoy this rooftop spot that features panoramic views of the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape from every angle. The sun-drenched bar and patio, next to the dining room, offers lounge seating dotted with greenery as a respite from the city skyline during private gatherings and parties. They also serve brunch on the weekends!
LOAM is located in The Ace Hotel and is a great spot with healthy options!
