DTLA is all about the rooftop vibe!!! This is a great example of that 🙂 Cabra Los Angeles is a vibrant rooftop dining and drinking spot inspired by the wonderful tastes of Peruvian Cuisine. Cabra, helmed by Chef Stephanie Izard and her longtime partners Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm of Boka Restaurant Group, provides crave-worthy cuisine in a colorful, active atmosphere.

Cabra is a restaurant that caters to large groups. Its cuisine has a strong flavor and bright taste, complemented by an equally vibrant cocktail and wine list. The menu features a variety of shareable plates with bold flavors and vivid tastes, as well as an equally colorful drink and wine list. I went here alone and ordered a few dishes, including their hamachi ceviche and swiss chard & kale empanadas.
