About Interning with Elise
Interns play an important role in building the future of our world. The possibilities you’ll explore and the impact you’ll have are driven by your own ideas and initiative. By charting your own path, you will play the central role in your development, career, and future. We simply hope to enable you to reach your goals.
Additionally, we recruit at different times during the year, and hiring timelines can vary based on role type.
Internship Lifestyle
Internships with Elise allow you to work on a variety of projects that accelerate their career growth and delight our family. Projects can range between content creation, community development research, and policy development.
Projects
Interns own their projects from start to finish. Our executive team will provide feedback on the intern’s overall performance, deliverables, and skills as they relate to the role, project expectation, and Leadership Principles.
Mentorship
We provide interns with many opportunities to take part in building the future for our family. Navigating today’s world can be tricky – and we want to set our interns up for success. We believe that true wellness is the foundation of our performance and we provide every intern with wellness coaching to enable their success and help facilitate their career growth.
Training
We empower interns to take full ownership of their work, which is why we provide a variety of resources to help meet them goals and learn intuitively. These materials help with things like managing experiences, analyzing data, problem solving, writing narrative documents, and working backwards to reach an end goal. In addition, interns are provided with opportunities to develop personal and professional networks by taking part in social events, travel, and continued learning.
Internship Schedule
Our internships are designed to teach students to cultivate curiosity, to institute order, and to produce excellence as self-led independent thought leaders. Participants are encouraged to determine their own focus areas, while meeting general weekly milestones.
