Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Hawaii

Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial management of Flourish Women’s Foundation. The CFO will oversee the budget, accounting, and investments, and will ensure that the organization is financially sound.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the budget
  • Manage the accounting system
  • Invest the organization’s funds
  • Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all financial regulations
  • Provide financial reports to the board of directors

Qualifications:

  • CPA or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
